A Governmental Affairs Conference to Remember...

‘Tis the season for the biggest credit union event of the year – America’s Credit Union’s Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC)! Many of us are preparing to storm the nation’s capital to unite as a movement and show our lawmakers what credit unions are made of – a tenacity and determination to better our communities and achieve financial wellbeing for all. This year, the GAC will take place from March 2-6, 2025, in Washington, D.C., with a theme of “Together We Move – Moving with purpose. Moving with passion. Moving with strength.”

You’ve probably already started making your plans to attend sessions, dinners, awards ceremonies and all sorts of other events. But we wanted to let you know about a few more to consider adding to your GAC schedule:

Vizo Financial’s Education Session

As you probably already know, Vizo Financial is passionate about education for credit unions. That’s why we’re proud to be hosting a breakout session during the GAC. The session, “Engaging Members: From Smiling Faces to AI Interfaces,” will highlight opportunities for credit unions to deliver personalized service and demonstrate concern for members, our movement’s defining features, now that the world has become more digital-facing. Our partners from Vertice AI will be presenting this session at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2025.

If you’re interested in learning how to better engage your membership in a way that combines the traditional credit union values of people helping people with the modern day technology afforded by AI and data analytics, this is a session you won’t want to miss!

Vizo Financial’s GAC Reception

The 2025 GAC is all about moving together, and Vizo Financial is keeping that momentum alive by getting together for a fun-filled afternoon reception! This event, which will be held in the Blue Bar of the Henley Park Hotel from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, is all about connecting, collaborating and celebrating the credit union movement.

As the VP of sales, marketing and education for Vizo Financial, Jaime Agostino oversees marketing, sales and educational offerings for the Corporate. Ms. Agostino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the Pennsylvania State University. She currently holds her Series 7 (Registered General Securities Representative) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination) investment licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and has also achieved the following professional designations: Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM), Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE), SIE - Securities Industry Essentials Examination, Inbound Marketing Certified and Content Marketing Certified.
